The first time we heard White Fence was on an audio cassette tape in San Francisco, one of LEAF's founding fathers (Michael Anderson of Culture Kids) had become the temporary bass player for the band. He invited us to their show at The Smell and this is where our addiction began.
Watching them in the flesh is a very different experience than the mellow, melodic songs the audio cassette tape leads you to believe. The experience has been described as "being dragged up a mountain by pure seduction then thrown off a cliff."
